Transform your backyard into a private resort.
Pure Pools and Spa designs and builds custom pools and spas across Los Angeles and Southern California. From dirt to done in weeks, not months.
One team from first sketch to first swim
We manage the whole project, including design, engineering, permits, excavation, steel, gunite, tile, coping and plaster, so you deal with one contractor instead of five.
Custom Pools
Modern rectangles, freeform and kidney shapes, built in gunite and finished to your design.
Spas & Raised Spas
Attached or raised spas with spillovers, tile accents and heating, built alongside your pool.
Pool Remodels
Keep the structure, change everything else: new plaster, tile, coping, decking and equipment.
Backyard & Equipment
Decking, turf surrounds, fire features, solar heating and efficient pump and filter systems.
Real backyards we've built
Every one of these started as bare dirt or a tired old pool. Tap any photo to see it larger.

From dirt to done
Most people wait all summer looking at a hole in the ground. Careful planning up front is how we keep builds moving fast without cutting corners.
Design & permits
Site visit, layout, engineering and city permits handled for you.
Excavation & plumbing
We dig, form and run plumbing and electrical to spec.
Steel & gunite
Rebar, inspection and a gunite shell built to last for decades.
Finish & first swim
Tile, coping, plaster, decking and equipment start-up.
Don't rip it out. Rebuild it.
An outdated pool often has good structure underneath. We strip it down and rebuild it into something new, usually for far less than starting over.
- New plaster, pebble or quartz finishes
- Waterline tile, coping and new decking
- Added spa, spillover or water features
- Energy-efficient pump, filter and heating
